Approach
  • Mix breadcrumbs, grated cheese, garlic, parsley and olive oil well in a bowl.
  • Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms and open them so that you can fill them with the mixture you have just made.
  • Put them in an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 min.
  • Then take them out and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 50 g almonds
  • 2 sprigs parsley, finely chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2.5 dl white wine
  • 4 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red pepper
Approach
  • Use a mortar and pestle to crush and mix the garlic, almonds and parsley well together.
  • Fry the onion with salt and a little olive oil until the onion is golden.
  • Put the mushrooms in the same frying pan and cook for 2 minutes. Just before removing the pan from the plate, mix the peppers with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pour the wine into the frying pan and boil.
